Scott Devlin was elected to the Closter Council in 2018. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ramapo College and Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University. He volunteers at Closter’s Mac Bain Farm and on the Northern Valley Greenway Committee, which is working to turn the railroad tracks that bisect Closter into a multiuse path.
On the Council, Scott is the Chair of the Ordinances Committee and a member of the Finance Committee and Building and Land Use Committee. He also serves on the Environmental Commission and Shade Tree Commission. He resides in Closter with his finance, Rebecca, and dog, Felix.
